MOURINHO - A Netflix Documentary

Working with the team at Blindpig, we explored lots of looks and techniques for the titles and graphics for Netflix’s new documentary series Mourinho. From contact sheet photography, tactic notebooks, and newspaper headlines, we peppered the edit, enhancing the chapters and highlighting key moments within the episodes. The key to getting these graphics looking authentic is using very high-resolution textures and keeping the animation simple for the most part. Some of the examples I’m showing are from the R&D phase of the job because I was working across multiple jobs at the time.
